They came onsite as a team to survey the physical layout which further reassured me regarding their thorough approach to representing me. They were honest and forthright regarding what they concessions they felt they could seek and what we were likely to receive. In the end, I was comfortable signing a lease that I felt was appropriate for our business. In addition to this lease renewal negotiation, I received guidance regarding planning for a favorable re-negotiation in the future. I felt the quoted hourly rate was exceeding reasonable, though ultimately, the fee was paid by the leasing side, resulting in a net $0 charge to me. It would have been a bargain at the agreed upon rate.
